The active adult builder won four gold awards for: Fifty-Plus Community of the Year for Brookhaven at Sugarloaf, Attached Community of the Year for Brookhaven at Sugarloaf, Best Amenity Package (500 units and above) for their Brookhaven of East Cobb community and Best Building Design, Attached Model, $275,000 to $374,999 for their Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge community.
