The concept of the Food Handler program is to allow anyone who handles or prepares food to access the same training that the professionals have. The user-friendly design is ideal for professionals as well as a family or day care cook.
The online Food Handler Certification Course is self paced and narrated. The course is typically completed in one to two hours, but once a course is registered and paid for there is a 24 hour window to complete it. Upon completion of the course the National Food Registry certificate and identification will be mailed within seven business days, certification is valid for three years.
