New Website Helps Small Businesses Run More Efficiently

Hayden, ID, November 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- PayCheck Connection has revised and redesigned its website to offer a resource for small businesses and a source for outsourcing of the HR and payroll functions.

“By offering and enhancing the resources available online, PayCheck Connection is strengthening its commitment to provide quality information for small and mid-sized businesses, providing needed tools and resources in one place,” said Susan Erickson, Director of Service Operations.

PayCheck Connection’s new site currently provides information and tools on Human Resources, which includes employment hiring forms, measurement tools, Human Resource needs assessment, sample HR guidelines, and a free HR spreadsheet. Additional categories are slated to be added and resources to include podcast, webinars, training programs and up-to-date articles and RSS feeds. With the addition of the Small Business Source, any business person will now have tools at their finger tips for quality business management resources.

“Our clients tell us that just like the information they receive about our products and services they consume, they want to get other resources to run a more profitable business. We are now sharing that information,” said Erickson. “Our quality improvement efforts include a wide-ranging set of tools and forms to do just that.”

This summer PayCheck Connection also added additional services to their portfolio for payroll and HR outsourcing. An online login portal for employees and employers for payroll information, additional benefit packages for businesses to offer to their employees, including 401k planning, regulatory and safety programs, and compliance and risk assessments. This update to the PayCheck Connection portfolio is part of an effort to strengthen deliverables to the employer and in turn to the employee.
