USA SEO Pros Implements the Call Processor for Improved Contact
Contact between USA SEO Pros staff and clients go up with the new system from development.
Las Vegas, NV, November 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- USA SEO Pros developers added an incredibly useful tool recently which is called the call processor. As the name indicates, the call processor processes the calls that need to be made. With a scheduled contact time, the contact between USA SEO Pros employee and client go up and make sure that no single client is left behind.
The Manager of Development was quoted saying, “The call processor is a system that generates a call queue across a series of buckets, 1 for two week old clients, 1 for one month old clients, etc., and a salesperson will go through the call processor queue for a desired bucket and be provided information to call a client at given intervals. This was an ongoing project even while other projects were going on. Now that the call processor is completed, I can say that it was well worth the effort put into development and implementation.”
