Redmond, WA, November 28, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Dynamic Sports Training announces a "Build your Training Plan" Workshop presented by Marlon Familton, nine year vetran of bicycle coaching and owner of Dynamic Sports Training.
Every fall in the Pacific Northwest hundreds of cyclists begin gearing up for the 2009 racing season. New riders scramble to learn the ins and out of being on a team and figuring out how to train. Many will hire coaches, however the economy has made that a luxury.
"I've always loved coaching newer riders and sharing what I know are the best ways to train for bicycle racing." Familton says. "This year, given the economy and the fact that hiring a bicycle coach is a luxury, I decided to offer a comprehensive training plan workshop for beginning and intermediate racers and recreational riders."
The Dynamic Sports Training "Build your Training Plan" workshop features three parts. 1) Creating a training plan from scratch. 2) Training using power based protocols. 3) Mental Skills Training.
The workshop will be held in Bellevue Washington on Saturday December 13th from 9am to 4pm inside the conference room in the 40 Lake Bellevue Building, Ste. 100. Advance registration is $225; at the door $265. Visa/MC via Pay Pal is available.
"This will be a hands on workshop where participants will actually set goals and create a training plan to match. Then we will break that plan into daily workouts and talk about the specific power based workouts needed." Familton says. "Not only will we build a plan and talk about key workouts, I'm excited to include a Mental Skills Training program."
Registraion for the workshop is available by emailing win@dynamicsports.net or calling 425-417-4700.
