Bay Peak 1 Acquisition Corp. Acquires Shengtai Power International by Issuing Common Stock

San Francisco, CA, November 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Bay Peak 1 Acquisition Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) announced today that it has completed the required capital restructuring and acquisition of Shengtai Power International (“SPI”). SPI, founded in 2001, is headquartered in Shenzhen, Peoples Republic of China. SPI is engaged in the R&D, design, production, distribution and support of switch power supply products. The Company’s main products include power supplies, chargers, Direct Current (DC) regulated power supplies, Alternating Current/Direct Current (AC/DC) power supply adaptors, AC/DC modules, DC/DC converters, and DC/DC modules. Their products are principally used as power supplies for Liquid Crystal Display Televisions (LCD TVs). Their products are sold by their internal sales team to manufacturing customers in China, Europe and Asia. The Company earned approximately $3.1 million of net income in 2007, and has filed a Form 10 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

After the acquisition of SPI and the capital restructuring, the Company will have approximately 39 million common shares outstanding. The shareholders of SPI own approximately 36.5 million shares or approximately 93.6% of the Company. The remaining shares will be held by approximately 220 shareholders. The Company expects to register for trading on a US stock exchange in the near future.
