Clarence A. Johnson Sr. to lead Midwest Division and Drive Expansion in the Midwest.
Prior to joining HFG, Mr. Johnson served as Regional Vice President at Highland Banc where he was responsible for originating over $1 billion in volume through the wholesale broker channel. Mr. Johnson is also a Certified Mortgage Planner(CMP), Certified Mortgage Advisor(CMA), Certified Master Mortgage Broker(CMMB) and accomplished sales trainer.
In his new role, Mr. Johnson is charged with overseeing the growth, expansion and profitability of HFG's midwest division. While his responsibilities encompass all facets of branch operations including originations, Mr. Johnson will focus on developing the sales team to maximize individual and group potential.
