Jackson holds an AA degree and is soon to finish her BA degree in Business Administration at Ashford University in Iowa. She recently received a Business Professional Women's Scholarship from the BPW Foundation. She is currently a columnist for the Manchester Enterprise in Manchester, Kentucky.
