Classified Concepts Adds 2 New User Interfaces to Streamline Client Sales Productivity
Classified Concepts has released upgrades to its Classified mapping package to make inputting and managing data fast and easy.
Santa Barbara, CA, December 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Web Entry Form (WEF) enables clients to add and update detailed listing information as it arrives. The data is added to an online database which can be reviewed and revised at any time. Advertisers can also be given access to the Web Entry Form via account, allowing them to place their own classified listings. This will benefit Realtors and other businesses who place large numbers of similar ads on a regular basis.
“The Web Entry Form makes it easier for us to input, send and track Classified Concepts’ data,” revealed Bill Woodall of the Kilgore News Herald, “which gives us the best chance of meeting print deadlines with the most accurate and up to date information in place.”
In addition, the new Webfile Uploader tool provides a shared location where submitted data can be revised and reviewed, sends receipts for uploaded data, and provides reminders to ensure that production deadlines are met.
“The WEF offers our clients a level of autonomy which they can pass on to their advertisers as they see fit,” according to Shelby Sim, Production Director at Classified Concepts. “This, in conjunction with the Webfile Uploader allows papers to devote more time to promoting the enhanced features of our programs and fully utilizing available revenue opportunities.”
The upgrades will be fully available beginning January 1st 2009 after being successfully trialed by a small number of selected organizations.
With many publications preparing advertising features for early 2009 the new features provide users with a helping hand during a busy period.
