Amber Alert Issued for Illinois Teen (Michael Allen Bryant) Age- 13

Springfield, IL, June 07, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The Rock Island County Sheriff's Department has issued an amber alert for a 13-year-old boy taken from a court house at about 11:15 a.m. Wednesday morning. 

The Rock Island County Sheriff's Department has issued an amber alert for a 13-year-old Michael Allen Bryant from a court house at about 11:15 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Michael Allen Bryant was last seen with his Donald Allen Bryant.

Donald Bryant, 40, had lost a child custody case Wednesday morning and took the teen from the Rock Island Court House.

Bryant was last seen driving a grey 1995 Toyota truck that possibly has temporary plates.

Police say the suspect has a history of methamphetamine use and domestic violence, he has threatened the boy in the past.

The suspect and victim may be headed to Andover, Ill.

Michael is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes. He weighs approximately 165 lbs. He was hearing a white striped shirt, long jean shorts and tan VANS shoes.

Donald is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall with a clean-shaven head and brown eyes. He was wearing a grey t-shirt, jeans and a black baseball cap.
