Carr Expands Role at WARM2Kids

Director of Content Development will take charge of Youth Programming for WARM2Kids Learning Centers.

Boston, MA, December 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- WARM2Kids (We’re All Role Models 2 Kids), a Boston based company founded by former Celtic great M.L. Carr that recruits socially conscious celebrities and community leaders to create a support network to help teens, families, and youth leaders reach their full potential, has promoted Janine Carr to Program Director. Carr, who has served as Content Development Director with the company for over five years, has written, edited, and supervised the development of more then 300 resource topics for the organization.

Additional responsibilities will include coordination with all existing and future WARM2Kids Learning Center sites, Program Development and Implementation. Carr will also continue in her role as the Director of Content Development.

“I look forward to adding greater depth to my role in program development within the WARM2Kids Learning Centers and the chance to work directly with the youth we serve,” states Carr. “I am very excited about this new opportunity to make WARM2KIDS the leader in after-school programming.”

WARM2Kids is an online information resource and role model community whose goal is to provide safe and reliable information focused on relevant teen issues. Celebrity supporters include Hall of Fame basketball legend Larry Bird, actor Brian White, and soccer great Mia Hamm. WARM2KIDS currently houses learning centers in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Texas and is on pace to add over twenty centers over the next year.
