NPSA Launches Online Ordering for Legal Process Servers

Glendale, CA, June 09, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The Nationwide Process Servers Association has launched its new website that allows attorneys and legal support teams to order Legal Service of Process from local Process Servers accross the country. The site is designed to give the individual looking for a Process Server the ability to locate, compare prices, and order Process Service online.  The NPSAs primary objective is to provide an easy to use marketplace for those seeking and offering Legal Service of Process.  

Linda Ott, the association spokeswoman, states that "By structuring the ordering system as we have, it simplifies the task of locating process servers that are located in different parts of the country." 

A legal process server is an individual that serves court ordered papers, such as complaints and subpoenas.  Traditionally, persons seeking to have papers served, would have to locate a process server through directories and contact them to arrange service.  The NPSA eliminates the need for this by putting all of the information and resources at their fingertips.
