Boundaries are the crux of all our relationships. The presentation offered insight and information to why boundaries are needed, how to recognize the need for them, and how to maintain a good boundary.
“This is a difficult concept to understand. Hollywood, our parents, and our own history determine how we set or do not set good boundaries.” Said Coach Chez. “For many people, just the thought that we are responsible for setting, implementing and maintaining our boundaries is a foreign concept.”
