Bonten says there are several early indications that point to a bright New Year including; renewed interest from European buyers, increased closed and pending sales of homes and condominiums; and a jump in real estate listings, showings and traffic.

In addition to the influx of potential European buyers, Bonten also is seeing a heightened interest from local buyers. She says more people are attending open houses and more people are requesting private showings of homes, condominiums and other properties that she has listed for sale.
