Oversight Appoints Jack Nichols as Chief Financial Officer: Nichols Will Draw on Extensive Experience Guiding Rapid Growth Companies to Financial and Operational Maturity

Nichols brings to the job twenty years of broad financial and operations management experience in telecommunications, software and services, marketing support services, and retail. He has led successful initial and secondary public offerings and is experienced at raising venture capital for technology companies. Nichols has experience in managing finance, human resources and information management departments.

In a previous leadership role, Nichols served as CFO for Datawire Communications Networks, Inc., as part of new senior management team that transformed the Company into a professionally managed, customer focused company that experienced tremendous growth and was ultimately acquired by First Data. Prior to that, Nichols served as CFO of NetSchools Corporation and as CFO of Innotrac.
Nichols gained additional experience occupying various senior level financial management positions at GTE and Contel Corporation in both landline and wireless operations. Nichols holds a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University and a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Nichols is a CPA.
