Devane's Italian Kitchen Launches New Menus
Value Dishes are Featured to Help in Today’s Tight Economy.
Rancho Mirage, CA, January 24, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Devane's Italian Kitchen announced today new Lunch and Dinner menus that feature a wide variety of fresh homemade Italian dishes including traditional pastas, comfort soups, grilled Panini sandwiches and specialty pizzas. New York style recipes define the Devane’s menus and continue to attract new guests from the Coachella Valley each day.
“We are happy to introduce these new menus that include not only some of our family’s favorite recipes, but also many fresh new items for our guests to experience," said longtime local restaurateur Josh Devane. "This season we are offering several menus options where our guests can get more for their money when dining at Devane’s Italian Kitchen.”
The lunch menu features several types of grilled sandwiches and oven baked heros such as a Portobello Panini, Grilled Italian Sub, Meatball & Mozzarella, Chicken Parmigiana and a grilled Tuna & Artichoke sandwich on a Ciabatta Roll. Lunch size portions of pasta dishes including Spaghetti all Puttanesca, Rigatoni & Sausage, Penne Pasta Broccoli, Linguine Pesto and Angel Hair with Fresh Tomato & Basil are available at Lunch prices until 4:00pm each day.
In addition to the classic Caesar Salad and Italian Salad, Devane’s Italian Kitchen has added some fresh new salads such as a Pear & Gorgonzola Salad and a BBQ Chicken Salad, and continues to offer its signature Devane’s Special Chopped Salad. Homemade Minestrone soup is available every day, and the new menu also features several new soups of the day including a Seafood Chowder and Creamy Tomato & Basil Bisque.
New on the menu is a variety of specialty hand tossed pizzas that can be made with whole wheat dough upon request. House favorites include the Pesto Pizza, the Margherita Pizza, the BBQ Chicken Pizza, and the Scampi Pizza. Guests will still be able to create their own pizza from a wide assortment of fresh toppings. 12” pizzas serve two and 16” pizzas feeds four and all pizzas are available for take out.
The dinner menu at Devane’s Italian Kitchen is filled with an array of traditional Italian specialties including Spaghetti & Meatballs, Chicken Alfredo, Veal Parmigiana, Ravioli Pomodoro and Sand Dabs Piccata. Homemade baked dishes include Lasagna, Baked Ziti, Eggplant Parmigiana and, of course, Uncle Angelo’s famous recipe for Cannelloni.
