He will initially work out of his home-office in Surrey, British Columbia.

Oberndorf comes from a sales and marketing background. Most recently, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for a local company that manufactured and sold marine windshields globally.
“When I joined, the company had been in business for 17 years with sales of just over $5 million,” he said. “I was instrumental in increasing profitability 47% over 24 months, and sales 78% in 22 months.”
Oberndorf’s sales background ranges from direct sales to small retail businesses in the beverage and sporting industries to the largest retailers, including Costco, MEC and the Brunswick Group.
“I have also been actively involved in daily activities relating to human resources, product development, manufacturing and production,” he said. “I have a ‘think outside of the box’ approach to business and sales, along with an extremely focused and determined desire to succeed.”
Based on his past experience coaching sales teams as well as athletes in a variety of sports, Oberndorf feels ActionCOACH is a perfect fit for his skills and interests.
