VACO Raleigh Names Senior Technical Recruiter
Raleigh, NC, December 14, 2008 --(PR.com)-- David R. Rhode, managing partner of VACO Raleigh (www.vaco.com), an executive placement and consulting firm specializing in the fields of accounting and finance, information technology (IT), operations and executive search, has announced that Tommy E. Dalton has joined the firm as senior technical recruiter. Dalton brings 15 years of IT experience to VACO, previously serving as technical support team lead with Lowe’s Home Improvement in Wilkesboro, customer service manager for Electronic Data Systems in Raleigh and most recently working in a number of management positions with Hill-Rom IT Solutions. He has also filled several contracting positions within these organizations. Dalton served 10 years in the United States Army, Army Reserve and Virginia National Guard prior to his work in IT.
Dalton earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Campbell University in Buies Creek. Active in the local community, he is a member of the Project Management Institute, the Association of Information Technology Professionals, as well as the Knights of Columbus of St. Francis of Assisi, Passage Home and a variety of other charitable organizations in the Triangle. A native of Western North Carolina, Dalton resides in Raleigh with his wife, Diane, and son, Conner.
