Florida Engages Vista Solutions Group for Statewide ePortal Solution

Austin, TX, December 17, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Florida Association of Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FACC) recently signed a contract with Vista Solutions Group for the design of a statewide ePortal solution, enabling integration of the 67 counties and their varying Case Management Systems, as well as Official Record systems.

“We selected Vista Solutions Group for their demonstrated industry expertise within both the document management and workflow court realm,” stated Melvin Cox, IT Director, FACC. “We, and VistaSG, both understood the need for an integrated, standards-based solution for a successful implementation.”

Other requirements included a single statewide login, web access, interfaces with other electronic filing providers, recording systems, and notification services to the filing community. Vista Solutions Group is able to provide a solution that not only complies with all of FACC specific eFiling requirements, but follows NEIM/ECF 4.0 industry standards as well, thus providing FACC with a flexible eFiling solution.
