The CREJ “Top Commercial Brokerages” ranking was driven by the total value of transactions completed between June 2007 and June 2008. C&C’s $13.7 Billion in transaction value earned it the number two position in the state of California.
For the 20th consecutive year, C&C was recognized as the number one “Commercial Real Estate Firm” by the SVBJ. The publication ranks firms by the number of agents located in the Silicon Valley. With 112 agents based in Silicon Valley offices, and 230 agents statewide, C&C earned the top position. C&C Silicon Valley agents also completed more transactions between August 20007 and August 2008 than any other firm in the region. The SVBJ also honored C&C’s new President, Erik Doyle, with the “Commercial Broker of the Year” award. Between August 2007 and August 2008, Mr. Doyle was involved in the sale of 14 properties totaling 3.6 million square feet (sf) and valued at approximately $762 million.
