Prior to Conenza, Jones was the Executive Director of the Microsoft Alumni Network where she re-engaged this high-profile community, increasing participation over 250% during her tenure. Jones has also served as VP of Corporate Services for Aventail, a pioneer in the VPN market, overseeing its Human Resources, Recruiting, and various Operational functions.
