ActionCOACH Simon Dunster Will Now Position Himself to Coach Leaders in Large Corporations

Simon Dunster feels executive coaching is a good fit for his skills and experience.

Las Vegas, NV, December 21, 2008 --(PR.com)-- As soon as ActionCOACH – the world’s number one business coaching firm in the world – announced its executive coaching program, Simon Dunster an ActionCOACH Business Coach with the company decided to enroll and get certified in executive coaching.

“Executive coaching is an area I have always been very interested in and so when the chance came along, I was keen to get involved,” he said.

Dunster will be practicing from his office in Reading, England. He has 27 years of corporate experience running global IT companies in the capacity of CEO and MD.

“I believe executive coaching is a close fit to my skills and experience,” he said. “I have been mentored during my corporate tenure – and have also coached my own teams.”

Dunster believes that executive coaching is a necessity in today’s fast-paced world of business.

“There is no doubt every executive can benefit from having a coach,” he said. “It is lonely at the top and as s a leader, the responsibility of providing direction is enormous.”

Dunster sees some challenges in the middle of huge opportunities.

“Time management, team challenges, basic KPIs that work for you and running strategies and projects, which increase efficiency, leverage and make more money in sales and marketing, are common objectives for coaching across the board,” he said.

Describing the differences between executive and business coaching, Dunster will balance the act by managing executive coaching through his default diary by a separate stream of activity and contacts.

“In case of large corporations, decisions are not so often in the hands of just one person – many stake holders have an interest and want to influence the decisions,” he said. “Team and leadership skills and influencing outcomes are balanced by holding people accountable to fiscal and practical KPIs - motivating and driving in ways most small-to-medium sized companies can do directly.”

Mindful of the fact that he will need a new set of strategies to market his executive coaching business, Dunster has outlined his marketing plan.

“I will be concentrating on networking, referrals and word of mouth – in addition to associating with prospects through sports clubs and arts sponsorship, while also increasing the reach of my email and letter blasts,” he said.

Dunster sees many opportunities for executive coaching in his area.

“The Thames Valley is the hub for many international businesses that directly or indirectly service many other international organizations,” he said. “Marketing directly to these organizations by becoming highly visible locally, I hope to build a strong business with a powerful reputation.”

Seeing massive opportunity in the executive coaching arena, Dunster is excited about his new role as an Executive Coach.

“I am looking forward to signing household names, injecting revenues into my business and stepping up my skills and experience as a coach by playing in a mature, powerful market,” he said.
