Pierce County Crime Stoppers Names Sonitrol Pacific Company of Year

Tacoma, WA, December 31, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Tacoma/Pierce County Crime Stoppers named Sonitrol Pacific Tacoma their Company of the Year in recognition of the company’s commitment to crime prevention during a dinner ceremony December 28.

Heather Rosenthal, Sonitrol Pacific Tacoma General Manager, accepted the award from Detective Ed Troyer and Crime Stoppers Program Coordinator Lauren Wallin.

“I have really enjoyed working on the Crime Stoppers Board this year,” Rosenthal said. “It is a very active program and I am proud to be a part of it.”

The organization’s annual Christmas dinner and awards celebration was held at Chopsticks on 6th Avenue in Tacoma and Tapco Credit Union served as a sponsor.

The award serves as testament to the Sound Security spirit of teamwork and excellence. Members of the Sonitrol Pacific team play active roles in crime prevention and Crime Stoppers organizations in markets they serve.

“Sonitrol Pacific has been committed to supporting the Crime Stoppers organizations and their efforts in our respective cities for many years, and we are very honored by this recognition,” Rosenthal said.
