Boca Raton, FL, January 01, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Robert D. Edelheit, President of United Group Programs, Inc. announces a new hearing aid program that will begin in February of 2009 for new business OptiMed mini-medical plans serving employer groups effective on February 1, 2009.

This program will provide a valuable hearing aid benefit and coverage for those employees with impaired hearing. Mini-medical plans are limited benefit plans. By offering the hearing aid benefit UGP is increasing the value to both employers and employees who qualify to participate in the OptiMed program.
