The company employs 65 people from its recently purchased 47,000 square foot facility. Frécon is the founder of LFE Capital. Based in Minneapolis, it is a private equity fund firm that provides flexible financial solutions for Midwest-based companies with strong growth prospects. Baker is the president and CEO of the Atlanta-based Cadence Group. Cadence group is a woman-owned and WBE-certified information management company that helps business and government organizations efficiently acquire, organize and disseminate information. Ogle is the CEO of MRPP, Inc., one of the largest full-service media agencies in the Southeast. Founded in 1986, MRPP is considered the leading agency for managing the complete media process, including media research, planning and placement, and has been named one of the Triangle area’s fastest growing firms.
