Voice of Customer Helps Develop Product Roadmap for ETO and MTO Solution.
Greenville, SC, January 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Jobscope Corporation, provider of a comprehensive ERP solution designed for engineer-to-order (ETO) and make-to-order (MTO) manufacturers, recently held an Advisory Council meeting with customer representatives to discuss functionality and future product direction for the JOBSCOPE IBM iSeries software solution. This particular version of JOBSCOPE is specifically designed for the IBM platform and is a popular application for customers who prefer an AS/400-based ERP system.
The Jobscope IBM iSeries product development and management team facilitated open discussions on existing functionality, development plans and potential enhancements for product improvement initiatives. An overview and demonstration of recent product enhancements including the newly developed web screens was given by Jobscope’s Shigemi Heffernan, Vice President of Product Development for the IBM iSeries solution.
