Gaiatech Fuels Bags Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport Biodiesel Order

Hyderabad, India, January 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Gaiatech Fuels Pvt Ltd has been awarded one year biodiesel supply order from Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport. Gaiatech will fuel 261 NMMT buses with 20% blend of Biodiesel running 65,000Kms every day. First trial of Biodiesel from Gaiatech was used in NMMT buses in September 2008. Gaiatech also supplies biodiesel to Karnataka Road Transport Corporation which is a Governament of Karnataka undertaking. Gaiatech has formed alliances with other players in biofuel sector like Biodiesel Energy Trading Ltd, London and Southern Online Biotechnologies Ltd, Hyderabad. Gaiatech plans to be involved in plantations, specialising in the growing non edible oil producing fruits such as Jatropha and Pongamia.
