Yoga for Baby DVD includes:

Meet Helen Garabedian: Helen is a certified Hatha and pregnancy yoga instructor, certified infant developmental movement educator, and an IAIM certified infant massage instructor. She founded Itsy Bitsy Yoga in 1999 out of her passion and her desire to help young children grow up healthy and strong. She has designed a repertoire of over 150 poses tailored to suit the physical needs of babies and toddlers. Since then, Helen has written two books on Itsy Bitsy Yoga, shared her program with celebrity parents, and trained several hundred facilitators to teacher the program in classes across the United States and in eleven other countries.
