Pinnacle Partners in Medicine Partners with Easton Hospital
Easton, PA, January 14, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Pinnacle Mid-Atlantic Partners with Easton Hospital.
Pinnacle Practice Management Services Mid-Atlantic (PMA), an anesthesia practice management company, reached an agreement with Easton Hospital in Easton, PA to be the exclusive provider of comprehensive anesthesia services effective January 1, 2009.
Easton Hospital, part of Community Health Systems, is a teaching hospital that offers quality acute care services to the residents of Northampton County and the surrounding areas. Over 5,400 surgeries are performed each year and over 16,000 patients are seen in the emergency room of the 369-bed hospital.
Angela Marchi, President and Chief Executive Officer of Easton Hospital stated,
“PMA has clearly demonstrated itself to be a high quality provider of anesthesia services. We’re very proud to have established this new relationship and look forward to excellent performance from PMA.”
The physicians and nurse anesthetists of Pinnacle have worked hard to develop a high quality anesthesia practice. Pinnacle will be implementing their proprietary Quality Assurance Program at the hospital which follows the recommended guidelines of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and their Clinical Outcomes Program will establish effective risk management and assure quality of patient care.
Pinnacle Practice Management Services Mid-Atlantic is an affiliated company of Pinnacle Consultants Management Services (PCMS) and together with its parent company Pinnacle Anesthesia Consultants, LP (dba Pinnacle Partners In Medicine), provides anesthesia and anesthesia management services at over 145 health care facilities through approximately 800 Physicians and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
PMA provides services in the Mid-Atlantic area at over 28 health care facilities (in the Mid Atlantic area) and with its parent PCMS, will shortly announce additional agreements and or partnerships with other quality based hospitals and anesthesia groups providing hospital specialty services throughout the country.
