Tanner Supply Company Opens Second Branch

Dexter, MI, January 14, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Tanner Supply Company has opened a second branch in Dexter, MI. The branch will serve as a sales and service center.

“Many companies make cut backs during tough economic times. We believe these cut backs ultimately hurt the customer when they are likely to need service and support and the most,” said Mike Tanner, president and owner. “Our new branch will be able to help us better serve our current clientele and other businesses in Southeastern Michigan who may need additional service.”

Brett Thistlethwaite and Phillip Hall have joined Tanner at their Dexter office. Both are 20 year industry veterans. Thistlethwaite specializes in new construction projects and was the Dexter Branch Manager for Detroit Door & Hardware Co., and Director of Customer Development at Tru-Stile Doors, Colorado. Hall, previously of Rayhaven Group and Detroit Door & Hardware Company, focuses on educational, institutional, medical, and municipality facilities. Also joining them are Dave Hall and Dorin Smith, also of Detroit Door & Hardware Company.

Tanner Supply Company has provided sales, sales support and service to Southeastern Michigan and Northwest Ohio since 1996. Tanner boasts a wide variety of products including hollow metal doors, custom frames, architectural hardware, and many division 10 products including bathroom partitions and accessories and fire safety products.
