Hathaway Breaks Ground on 300 Units in Oakwood

Atlanta, GA, January 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Hathaway Construction Company, Inc. commenced construction on 300 Class A apartments in Oakwood GA, behind the Publix Shopping Center off Hwy 51. The project is owned by Trip Walden of Walden Capital.

The project is well located behind the Publix Shopping Center. The area is ideally suited with excellent interstate access and within close proximity to Gainesville College, Johnson High School and the Atlanta Falcons Training Complex.

The project, to be named Walden at Oakwood, will consist of 300 market rate apartment units. It will feature one, two and three bedroom units, a resort-style pool, a clubhouse, fitness center, media room, java lounge, gated access and more. The clubhouse is expected to be completed in the summer of 2009, with leasing commencing shortly thereafter.
