Have a Legal Question? "Ask Standard Legal" for Free
Standard Legal launches a new service that allows people to ask legal questions and get email replies for free. Standard Legal also takes these questions, makes the Q&A "generic," and posts them by legal category so all users can learn from them.
Cleveland, OH, January 14, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Standard Legal (http://www.StandardLegal.com) has launched a new service called "Ask Standard Legal" that allows users to submit legal questions and get replies for free.
Staff members at Standard Legal will review each question that is submitted and will reply confidentially by email to each. While Standard Legal cannot provide specific legal advice, the user will be provided with options that are available to him or her to best handle some of the most common legal issues: Last Will and Testament, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Deeds, Living Wills, Trusts, Lease Agreements, Premarital Agreements, Incorporation or LLC, and much more.
Sometimes these replies will take the form of suggestions as to how the person might handle the situation "pro se" (i.e. self-help or "do-it-yourself"), while other times the suggestion may be that the issue is complex enough to require counsel from an attorney (and Standard Legal can help the user find one for Free).
Users can submit their questions to "Ask Standard Legal" (and get complete details about the Q&A process) at http://www.StandardLegal.com/blog/ask-a-question/
People looking for information about specific legal topics also are encouraged to read the questions and replies posted by category at "Ask Standard Legal" (http://www.StandardLegal.com/blog/); many times a person's question may already be addressed there. Because each legal topic is separated by category and because a search box is provided for the entire forum, finding information is simple and straight-forward.
Persons with additional questions about the "Ask Standard Legal" service are welcome to email ask@StandardLegal.com
