Watch as they learn how to be their best single self through date coaching, body language lessons, style makeovers and home consultations to make sure they and their surroundings are date ready.
Madison, WI, January 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- In partnership with Forté Madison.com, Kira Sabin, Dating Coach, announces Dating Makeover 2009, a multi-media experience that started on January 5, 2009.
Over a six-week period, two young professionals will transform into perfect dates by clarifying who they are, what they’re looking for in a mate and setting goals in line with their personal values – and they will each learn to project a date-friendly, confident self through body language lessons, style makeovers and home consultations.
“Let’s be honest, dating isn’t easy,” admits Kira Sabin. “No one teaches us how to date, but these vital social skills can be developed. We’re helping people look, feel and be the best they can be. The goal is not only to help singles find someone but to learn how to create healthy and successful relationships.”
Visitors to the Forté Madison Web site (www.fortemadison.com/makeover) will see the transformation unfold for Adam, a shy photographer, and Mariah, a busy project assistant with Schools of Hope, an AmeriCorps Project. Each makeover participant will give readers a glimpse into their makeover experiences through candid blog entries and video features.
Coinciding with the public makeover, Sabin has launched a free “at home” version for singles. About 100 singles from around the US have signed up to join Adam and Mariah’s journey by taking part in daily activities and fun weekend adventure challenges. They are also encouraged to be part of the Makeover community by blogging about their own individual experiences.
Through the at-home dating makeover, registrants will explore their values and needs, identify strengths and challenges in relationships, understand communication styles, find new way to meet other singles, and learn how to apply it to real-life situations.
