JB Entertainment Actress Shines in VH1's 'Scream Queens' Competition
Austin, TX, January 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Native Texan and JB Entertainment Alum, Michelle Galdenzi, earned the chance of a lifetime along with nine other aspiring actresses on VH1's hit reality series, 'Scream Queens.' The winner of the competition was awarded a break-out role in the upcoming feature film, SAW VI from Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures. On the season finale (aired December 8th) Galdenzi was selected as the runner-up, and highly praised by the celebrity judges for her numerous terrifying performances.
As a student at JB Entertainment, Galdenzi learned many valuable skills allowing her to excel in the heated movie competition, including extensive training for the prestigious semi annual IMTA competition. Galdenzi was discovered at the 2007 competition (other IMTA celebrities include Katie Holmes and Ashton Kutcher) before making her way to New York on a $10,000 scholarship from the New York School of Film and Television.
'JB Entertainment instructors were extremely supportive along the way, and told me that as long as I gave a truthful performance, it would be a good one, 'says Galdenzi. 'They are the reason I'm in New York today.'
Michelle just moved to Los Angeles and is represented by Rage Models and Talent Agency along with personal manager, Worthy Patterson of Evolution Management. Worthy represents actor Charlie Sheen as well as well as the co-producer of CBS's 'Two and a Half Men.'
