The firm specializes in real estate transactions in North Raleigh, including the neighborhoods of Falls River, Bedford, Woodspring and Oakcroft, among others.
Falls Town Realty was founded by Stacey and Brad Graham. Stacey Graham has worked as a loan originator and received her real estate license in 2000, working as an onsite agent for both Torrey Homes and Fonville Morisey.
Brad Graham is an industry veteran with 22 years of experience in the Triangle real estate market and is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®, the Durham Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS®. He specializes in sales and marketing of new construction homes in residential developments.
Other staff working from the Falls River Town Center office includes REALTOR® Colleen Blatz, an Illinois native who began in the real estate industry in 2001 with Coldwell Banker.
