DAVACO Promotes Tom Sacco to Vice President of Restaurant Operations

Dallas, TX, January 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- DAVACO, Inc., the national leading provider of retail and restaurant services, recently named Tom Sacco as vice president of the company's restaurant operations. In this role, Sacco will lead the expansion of DAVACO's restaurant business and oversee the team's execution of remodel, re-image, new restaurants and special project programs for national and regional restaurant clients from a variety of foodservice segments, including quick service, casual dining, contract foodservice and fine dining. Sacco reports to Mike Murray, senior vice president of operations.

Sacco joined DAVACO in October 2007 as director of restaurant operations, bringing over 20 years of national experience driving growth and providing business solutions for restaurant companies. He formerly served as vice president of sales and business development for MIRUS Restaurant Solutions, vice president of operations for Fox Sports Grill, director of Texas operations for BJ's Restaurant & Brewery, and president of Triangle Foodservice Corporation.

Sacco earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Niagara University and a Master of Business Administration from McMaster University in Canada.
