Everardo Recendiz Has Joined the World’s Leader in Business Coaching
ActionCOACH Business Coaches are changing lives – one at a time the world over.
Las Vegas, NV, January 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Master Licensee Bill Dupuy has named Everardo Recendiz as an ActionCOACH in Louisiana.
His office will be located in Shreveport, Louisiana and will be covering the territories of Alabama and Mississippi as well.
Recendiz had reached a point in his life where he found himself questioning the direction his life was taking.
“I realized the drive that brought me up the ladder in the corporate world was losing momentum and I needed a challenge that had the potential to constantly renew itself,” he said. “This is what I saw in this opportunity - the ability to create fruitful relationships while engaging in new and different types of challenges.”
Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Recendiz was an Industrial Engineer. He worked in the manufacturing industry all his life – his last job was that of a Plant Manager for an Automotive Parts Manufacturer. He has also worked as a Project Manager and salesperson for the same company.
Recendiz made many strides in his previous career. As a salesperson, he co-led teams that secured contracts with two new customers bringing new sales to the company - increasing the annual revenue by 30%. As Project Manager he led the successful launch of a high risk program in a six-month period, from order to delivery. As Plant Manager, he led a team that flawlessly launched a new facility in a record three-month period.
“During my previous career, I have learned how to generate team cooperation and synergy. I have also learned to value the key elements of a business and how every satisfactory product or service and every productive contact with the customer is like fuel that keeps the fire going,” he said. “Along the way I have learned to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement systems and controls to test and measure.”
Recendiz is enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring.
“I am a firm believer in the philosophy: ‘Instead of giving a man a fish, teach him how to fish and he will never be hungry again.’ Most importantly, I know I can transmit what I have learned in a way that makes sense and can be absorbed by whoever is ready to receive it,” he said.
Recendiz could not see himself working for somebody else ten years down the road.
“This feeling had also increasingly made the work I enjoyed so much to become a burden. The company I worked in for nine years has recently had to make hard decisions about its good people in the current economic environment,” he said. “This added to my feeling of uncertainty within the corporate environment.”
This is when Recendiz resolved to find an occupation he could be passionate about – a source of livelihood that could help him achieve a more balanced lifestyle.
“The potential of this business is amazing; I can see a great future in this, personally and professionally,” he said. “The team of people I will be working with have already shown me the excellent qualities each one of them have. Additionally I was very impressed with their focus on success as well as their passion for the profession.”
A member of the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross (NWLA Chapter), Recendiz is also a member of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, the Young Professionals Initiative and the Manufacturing Managers Council.
Recendiz believes he has found his calling as an ActionCOACH.
“I am very excited about belonging to this team; the idea of contributing to our clients and ultimately to society through business reeducation is an empowering one,” he said.
