UV resistance and temperature resistance outdoor (ranging from –40F up to 230F). Hop-Syn DGI’s bright white, super smooth matte finish allows you to produce high quality graphics on both narrow web and wide format UV ink jet printers. With a micro porous surface that will allow ink to anchor into its surface, HOP-SYN DGI is excellent for printing signs, banners, maps, menus, tag and labels with superior definition and high color resolution.

Hop-Syn DGI is a hot new synthetic paper because it gives you a unique, tear resistant, environmentally friendly plastic substrate that will allow you to customize your printed image with variable printing capabilities without needing a top coating. Its ink absorbing surface will give you an advantage for printing durable applications that requires a high degree of scuff, scratch and weather resistance where the ink will not crack when folded.

Hop-Syn DGI is anti-static synthetic paper that is manufactured with 100% tree free polypropylene resin and inorganic fillers, that allows it to process at much higher speeds through a wide variety of printing (flexo, offset, screen) and fabricating processes, such as, die-cutting, perforating, drilling, sewing and grommeting, than conventional plastics.

Hop-Syn DGI is currently available in 3 popular calipers, 0.006/0.008/0.010 gauge that can be produced in a wide variety of sheet sizes (from 12”x18” up to 60”x120”), roll widths (from 4” up to 60”) and roll lengths from (300’ up to 7,577’) to meet with our customers’ diversified requirements.
