Tampa, FL, January 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Today, performiX marketing resigned it’s Buddy’s Home Furnishings account after working with the client for nearly three and a half years.
Since performiX marketing won Agency of Record (AOR) duties for Buddy’s Home Furnishings in the fall of 2005, the client has experienced tremendous growth. In 2005, Buddy’s had 46 stores in Florida and Georgia. At the close of 2008 Buddy’s had 62 stores in Florida and Georgia, and has expanded through franchising with an additional 19 stores in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
“Buddy’s was a great partner of ours, and it is always exceptional to work with a client, move the needle and see true growth”, performiX marketing founder/president Jonathan Cordeau said, “but we have come to a point where the pursuit of other opportunities is in our best interest.”
During their tenure as AOR, performiX marketing completed a full brand evolution, including the redesign of the corporate icon – “Buddy Man” and logo. A new website (www.BuddyRents.com) and custom dynamic content management system were also developed to bring the online presence of Buddy’s Home Furnishings to the forefront of their industry. Traditional AOR duties also included media planning and placement, as well as creative services for both print, OOH and TV.
