Davidoff Malito & Hutcher Attorneys Present "CFO Law School"

Garden City, NY, January 23, 2009 --(PR.com)-- On January 13, 2009, Neil M. Kaufman, Mark E. Spund and Ralph Preite, partners at Davidoff, Malito & Hutcher LLP, presented “CFO Law School 101– Corporate, Employment and Bankruptcy Law” to the Long Island Chapter of Financial Executives International [FEI] .

Mr. Kaufman, Chairman of Davidoff Malito & Hutcher’s Corporate and Securities Department, discussed the liability ramifications arising from different ways a document is signed, as well as several other topics; Mr. Spund, Chairman of the firm’s Employment Law Department, discussed Employee Manuals and Sexual Harassment policies, exempt employees and other matters; Mr. Preite, Chairman of the firm's Bankruptcy Department, described the different forms of bankruptcy and provided tips on how to deal with customers and suppliers who might be approaching bankruptcy.
