Washington State Amber Alert Canceled for Riley Rogers
Update: The Amber Alert has been canceled. Riley Rogers has been safely recovered. The mother and (2) suspects are in custody.

The Seattle Police Department is searching for Tina Marie Carlsen, the mother who abducted her 9-month-old son Riley Rogers from Children's Hospital in Seattle hours before his scheduled life-saving surgery.
According to doctors, if the infant does not receive treatment soon, he will die.
Carlsen is driving a 1987 Jeep Wagonner with black oxidized paint. The license plate is 990-LFZ.
Carlsen is 34 years old, 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 155 pounds, and blond hair and green eyes. Riley is 1 foot 6 inches tall and weighs 14 pounds, with blond curly hair and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and diaper.
