Medina, OH, January 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Gerspacher Real Estate Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that Rob Riley joined the firm in October 2008 as a licensed real estate agent & auctioneer. The relationship brings 3 generations of families working together under one roof. During the 70’s and 80’s Rob’s father worked with Mel & Jim Gerspacher in the construction business. A long time resident of both Medina and Wayne Counties, Riley is now actively representing clients in both of these geographic areas.

Mr. Riley, a former client of Gerspacher Real Estate Group, joined the firm after having a very positive experience working with Troy Gerspacher on leasing his own property. As both a property investor and business owner of multiple construction companies, he brings a wealth of experience to his clients.

He is currently the president of both Allison Carole Properties, Inc. and Allison Woods, Inc. He was previously the president of Contractors Cabinets, Inc. located in Brunswick. Mr. Riley is a member of the Orrville, Medina, Brunswick and Valley City Chambers of Commerce. In his spare time, Mr. Riley is also a licensed apprentice auctioneer.
