Pando replaces Theodore Casparian, who served as owner and President of the company for 16 years and has recently stepped down. In 2001, Pando earned his Bachelors in Business Administration at The Metropolitan College of New York where in 2003 he earned his MBA with a concentration in International Business. Since then, Pando has held positions as General, Operations and Project Manager and Program Director. He has managed professional and trade non-for-profit associations including the Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association and the Window Covering Manufacturing Association, among others. Pando’s strategic expertise on numerous levels is called into action on a daily bases. 

Concurrently, White Lotus Home is realigning its product distribution model. As a result, concentrated efforts are on increasing wholesale distribution and strengthening online sales. To support this transition, the company plans to incorporate a more sophisticated online presence, allowing both White Lotus Home products and business practices to reach socially conscientious consumers across the country.
