When they are ready to order, the customer simply texts the Nickname to GoCelly's shortcode 90703. The user receives a confirmation once the order has been received. When they arrive at the restaurant, there is no waiting in line since the food is already prepared and paid for.
Aside from standard text messaging fees charged by mobile phone companies, there is no cost to use the service. Orders can also be placed online using the GoCelly website.
