Pelican Bay Ltd. Names Mary O’Donnell as CEO

The new position, effective immediately, was announced by Char Pfaelzer, founder and President of Pelican Bay Ltd. Ms. O’Donnell brings over 20 years of experience in product development, production and executive and directorial positions in consumer products and specialty food companies such as Robert Rothschild Farm, Little Tikes, Inc. and American Greetings, Inc.

Before joining Pelican Bay Ltd., Ms. O’Donnell was President and CEO of Ohio-based gourmet food producer, Robert Rothschild Farm. Revenue increased over 350% under her leadership. Ms. O’Donnell is credited with transforming and reinvigorating the brand, adding new product categories and improving systems and procedures to optimize the success of all business functions. Prior to Robert Rothschild Farm, Ms. O’Donnell was the Director of Marketing, at Little Tikes, Inc. where she led the team responsible for the design, manufacturing, marketing and financial initiatives for all outdoor products.

Ms. O’Donnell is a graduate of The Ohio State University and completed an MBA from Cleveland State University. She will be relocating from Ohio to Florida with her husband and two children and will be based at the company headquarters in Dunedin, Florida.
