Scales New CEO at Little Lady Foods

Elk Grove Village, IL, January 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Chairman of the Board, John Geocaris proudly announced today that Dan Scales has joined Little Lady Foods as the Chief Executive Officer and will also be serving on the Board of Directors. “The addition of Dan Scales with his background and experience will help move the company forward at an even faster pace,” says John.

Dan brings a great amount of experience in leading fast growing large and midsize food companies. He is very focused on customized product solutions and operations working for many years at Sara Lee, Pillsbury and most recently Chef Solutions/Pennant Foods.

John Geocaris, Chairman of the Board and Dan Geocaris, Vice-Chairman will continue to be very involved in the company's future. The Geocaris family purchased LLF in the mid 1980's. Since then they have expanded the company’s products into Foodservice, Contract Manufacturing and Private Label markets nationwide.
