C&C Launches C&C Capital Advisors

Santa Clara, CA, January 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Cornish & Carey Commercial/ONCOR International (C&C), the dominant real estate force in Northern California, today announced the launch of a new special assets services division within the C&C Capital group, called C&C Capital Advisors. Current economic and capital market conditions have created a unique financial environment in which this group is uniquely positioned to advise. Led by C&C Capital founders Brad Zampa and Matthew Gum, along with C&C President Erik Doyle, C&C Capital Advisors will focus on assisting lenders and potential buyers with the following services:
• The purchase and sale of performing and sub-performing loans
• The purchase and sale of real estate owned assets
• The placement of recapitalization equity and mezzanine debt

C&C Capital Advisors will focus on discovering and analyzing special assets located within the western United States. In the Bay Area, the newly formed group will draw upon the vast market knowledge and expertise of C&C’s 245 leasing professionals to provide accurate valuation of collateral and to secure tenants for properties with high vacancies. For properties outside Northern California, C&C Capital Advisors will leverage the leading brokerage firms affiliated with C&C through ONCOR International.

With over 25 years of combined capital markets experience, extensive legal and financial backgrounds and strong lending relationships, Brad Zampa and Matthew Gum have placed over $6 billion in debt and equity placements in institutional real estate in the western United States. Erik Doyle is a 20-year sales veteran specializing in brokerage, development and institutional investment. Throughout his career, Mr. Doyle has facilitated the sale of over 35 million square feet of property and more than 700 acres of land valued in excess of $7.1 billion.
