Westlake Healthcare Center Appoints Diana Cremeans Director of Nursing

Westlake, OH, January 27, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Westlake Healthcare Center, a leading provider of skilled care services in the greater Cuyahoga county area, announced that it has named Diana Cremeans Director of Nursing. As Director of Nursing, Ms. Cremeans will be responsible for the Clinical Services Department of Westlake Healthcare Center, a 125-bed skilled care facility.

Ms. Cremeans has more than 15 years experience in Nursing Administration in acute, subacute, skilled and assisted living settings. Most recently, she served as The Wellness Director at The Inn at Chappel Creek in Vermilion, and as Director of Nursing at Great Lake Transitional Care Center in Sandusky. This is her second experience at Westlake Healthcare Center, as she also served as Director of Nursing her from 1991 to 1993. Westlake Healthcare Center is very pleased that she has decided to return.

Ms. Cremeans is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse. She is a member of the Ohio Long Term Care Association, the Ohio Assisted Living Association, and The American Nurses Association, and resides in Vermilion.
