He spent four years as President and COO of Archer Daniels Midland, where he worked to diversify the company’s operations from the commodity business into value added projects like renewable fuels and ready-to-use food ingredients. He was also responsible for enhancing company productivity and efficiency, and he spearheaded upgrades to recruitment, hiring, and retention programs for key technical and financial executives.
