This website will feature their full suite of online services delivered at a basic and advanced level dependent upon HR needs. The website can be delivered in both English and Spanish and will help bring administration of your client’s benefit program to a new level of ease and sophistication. The website is fully customizable to meet the client’s specific needs.

Basic Website: Provided at no Additional Cost for Clients

The basic website includes Plan Information, Plan Designs, Rates, Downloadable Enrollment Forms, Provider Search Links.

Advanced Website: Provided at no Additional Cost Clients

The advanced website will feature additional services such as online enrollment and a secure web portal for both members and HR. The secure web portal will allow members to print temporary ID cards, request new or additional ID cards and email questions, view EOBs and review claim history. The HR web portal will allow HR to view current and past eligibility and bills, run reports, request ID Cards and perform real time adds/terms at will.
